💳 What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept many major insurance plans, including Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Meritain, and others. We also accept HSA/FSA, self-pay options, and select personal injury and car accident cases. If you're not sure about your coverage, we’re happy to check your benefits for you.

⏰ How often do I need to come in?

Every patient is different. Some benefit from regular wellness visits once or twice a month, while others come in for acute pain or injury treatment on a more frequent short-term plan. We’ll create a plan tailored to your needs — no pushy, long-term contracts.

🧡 Do you accept new patients?

Yes! We love welcoming new patients from San Diego and surrounding communities. We recommend scheduling ahead as availability can fill up quickly. You can call, text, or use our online form to request an appointment.

✅ Online Booking Policies & Terms

At LiveSmart Chiropractic & Rehab, we value your time and strive to make scheduling as easy and transparent as possible. Please review our booking policies before confirming your appointment:

📅 Appointment Availability

If you don’t see a time that works for you online, please text or email us — we may have last-minute availability and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

✉️ New Patient Appointments

  • When booking your first visit, we will contact you at least 48 hours before your appointment to confirm.

  • If we cannot confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your appointment may be canceled.

  • For new patients, we kindly ask that you complete the card-on-file agreement at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This helps us hold your spot securely.

💳 Card on File & Cancellation Policy

To protect your appointment time, we require a credit card on file. You’ll receive a secure email link (via Square Point of Sale) to submit this information.

  • You may cancel or reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel under 48 hours or do not show up for your scheduled visit, the full cost of your visit will be charged.

⚖️ Insurance & Payment Responsibility

We accept a variety of insurance plans — please visit our Insurance & Payment page for the most up-to-date list. We will do our best to verify your chiropractic benefits prior to your visit.

Important: Insurance verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. We strongly encourage you to confirm your benefits directly with your insurance provider. You agree to be responsible for any charges if your insurance denies payment or provides incorrect information.

⏰ Time Zone Awareness

If you are booking from a different state or time zone, please double-check your appointment time carefully. For example, if you’re on the East Coast (3 hours ahead) and schedule a 5:00 PM PT appointment, it will be 2:00 PM your time. Contact us if you'd like assistance confirming your appointment time.
