The visits listed are for self-pay patients not using insurance.
If you plan to use your insurance, your copay or coinsurance will depend on your individual plan — but don’t worry, we’re happy to help!

We accept HSA, FSA, HRA, and other Health Share plans to help pay for care.
For self-pay patients, we offer a $5 discount on both new patient and follow-up visits when paying via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
As a token of appreciation, we provide a 10% military discount for active duty service members, veterans, and their immediate family members.
