We are by appointment only.

We take pride in spending time with our patients and it’s common for our schedule to be impacted. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate your busy schedule and get you in as soon as possible.

If you do not see an appointment time that works for you, please text us at (858) 634-2225 and we’ll work hard to figure out a solution!


ONLINE BOOKING POLICIES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please text or e-mail us if you don't see an appointment time that works for you. We may have something available last-minute and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

2. If booking your first visit, we will make every attempt to contact you at least 48-hours before your appointment to confirm. If we are not able to confirm your appointment 24-hours before your scheduled time, it may be canceled.

3. For the integrity of your appointment time, we require a credit card on file. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel under 48-hours, the total cost of your visit will be charged. An e-mail will be sent where you can securely submit this through Square Point of Sale.

The card on file agreement is required 48-hours before your initial visit and you may make any changes to your appointment before this time without penalty. Additional information is outlined in the agreement, but please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions about this!

4. There is no fee if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment time and notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

*** For New Patients Only: We will do our best to confirm your initial visit at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you complete the card of file agreement by this time as well. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, phone/voicemail, and/or text to confirm your appointment. If we are unsuccessful and unable to confirm your New Patient Appointment and card on file agreement within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.***

5. If you are using health insurance, please visit our website to see what plans we accept. We will make every attempt to verify your chiropractic benefits. Although rare, it is possible for your insurance company to provide us incorrect information. Your health insurance is not a guarantee of coverage/benefits. We strongly encourage every patient to verify their benefits through the member line. You agree to pay for your chiropractic visit(s) if your insurance denies payment or provides inaccurate information. Please contact us with any questions you may have about this!

6. Please be aware of your time zone. If booking an appointment out of state and/or in a different time zone, appointment times will not adjust accordingly. For example, if you are 3-hours ahead on the East Coast and book an appointment in this time zone for 5:00pm in San Diego, your appointment will process for 2:00pm (note the 3-hour difference). Please contact us if you'd like us to confirm your appointment time!
